Here is a question I pose to you:
If your school is in lockdown and the fire alarm goes off, what to you do?

I would think is was a tactic of the intruder to lure victims into the hallways. I'd wait it out with my students in the classroom.
This is a very good question. I would think each campus would have their own policy. Years ago, our school was comprised of 9 different buildings. When an alarm went off, you didn't have a clue what building was being evacuated--so all of them did. It would have been very easy for this to be a set up. Now, we have one building. It's a lot different. I don't know what I would do! And, I'm on our campus crisis team. I've been trained!
